Binom.vip is an independent service provider offering Binom V1 installation, configuration, testing and handover on a customer-provided VPS. We are not the official Binom website or an officially authorized service provider.

This policy explains how information is handled when you visit our website, contact us or order an installation.

2. Information We Process

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

• Contact and communication information: your email address, messaging username, messages and information you choose to provide through email, Telegram, WeChat, website live chat or Fiverr.
• Order information: the requested setup, agreed scope, order status and payment confirmations shared through the relevant ordering or communication channel.
• Installation information: VPS details, server addresses, SSH/root access, domain information and other details needed to complete your installation.
• Website usage information: pages visited, browser and device information, referral information and interactions such as clicks and scrolling, as processed by the website tools described below.

After we confirm the setup and you complete payment, you may provide installation access through the agreed communication channel. The website does not have a form for submitting SSH/root credentials.

Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry or installation.

3. How Information Is Used

Information is used to:

• Respond to inquiries and confirm whether a proposed VPS and setup are suitable.
• Coordinate orders and payment confirmation.
• Perform installation, configuration, testing and handover.
• Communicate about the agreed installation.

Providing server access enables us to carry out the agreed installation. It does not create an ongoing server management or support arrangement.

Customer messages, order details and installation information are handled within the scope needed to provide the installation service.

Website analytics and live chat involve processing by Google, Microsoft and Tawk.to. Telegram, WeChat, email services, Fiverr and payment providers also process information transmitted through their systems under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

This policy describes Binom.vip's handling of information; it does not replace the policies of those providers.

6. Server Access, Security and Retention

SSH/root access is sensitive. Installation credentials are used to complete the confirmed installation service. Binom.vip does not maintain a separate long-term database of SSH/root credentials.

After handover, we recommend that you change the SSH/root credentials provided for installation and manage access to your server yourself.

Historical messages sent through Telegram, WeChat, email, Fiverr or other third-party channels may remain according to the relevant platform's settings and policies. Changing server credentials does not remove earlier messages containing them.

7. Information Requests

You can contact [email protected] to request access to, correction of or deletion of information held by Binom.vip.

Please identify the relevant communication or order so that we can locate the information. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before disclosing or changing it.

We can address information within our control. Requests concerning information independently held by a third-party provider may need to be directed to that provider.
