1. About These Terms

These terms describe the installation service offered by Binom.vip and the responsibilities associated with ordering it.

Binom.vip is an independent installation service provider. It is not the official Binom website or an officially authorized service provider.

2. Standard Installation Service

The standard service covers one Binom V1 installation and configuration on one customer-provided VPS.

It includes:

• Standard server environment configuration required for the installation.
• Domain and SSL configuration, where applicable to the confirmed setup.
• Database configuration.
• Installation testing.
• Handover of the installed environment.

The suitability of your VPS and the installation scope are confirmed before payment. Special server environments or non-standard requirements need separate confirmation.

3. Services Not Included

The standard installation fee does not automatically include:

• Migration of an existing installation or data.
• Installation on additional VPS instances.
• Reinstallation.
• Ongoing technical support or usage guidance.
• Server maintenance or software upgrades.

Any additional work must be separately confirmed.

4. Prices and Ordering

Standard service prices are:

These prices cover the standard service described above. Any different scope or price for non-standard work must be confirmed before payment.

The standard ordering process is:

1. Send your VPS details and setup requirements.
2. We confirm the VPS suitability, service scope and price.
3. You complete payment through the agreed ordering channel.
4. You provide the access and information needed for installation.
5. We install, configure and test the environment, then hand it over.

Fiverr orders are also subject to Fiverr's applicable order and payment rules.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing:

• A usable VPS suitable for the confirmed installation.
• Valid SSH/root access and permission for us to perform the agreed work.
• Accurate server, domain and other necessary setup information.

You must be authorized to provide access to the VPS and any related accounts or resources.

You remain responsible for your VPS hosting and renewal costs, your server and its use. After handover, you can change the SSH/root credentials and manage the server yourself.

6. Long-Term Use and Ongoing Fees

After installation, you can continue using the installed environment long term as long as you remain on the same VPS and preserve the existing installation.

Binom.vip does not charge monthly fees, subscription fees or other ongoing usage fees for that installed environment.

Your VPS hosting and renewal costs remain yours.

If you move to another VPS, reinstall the server or lose the existing environment, a new installation may be required. That installation is not included in the original installation fee.

Long-term use does not include ongoing support, maintenance, upgrades or server management.

7. Cancellation and Refund Requests

For cancellation or refund requests, contact us with your order details.

Before installation begins: Direct orders may be cancelled and refunded before installation work begins. Actual non-recoverable transaction fees charged by the payment channel may be deducted from the refund.

Installation work begins when Binom.vip starts accessing your VPS and performing actual installation or configuration work. General inquiries, VPS checks and order confirmation do not count as the start of installation work.

After service has started: Once actual installation or configuration work has begun, the installation service fee is generally non-refundable. If Binom.vip cannot complete the confirmed standard installation for reasons attributable to Binom.vip, we will work to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate refund according to the circumstances.

If completion is prevented by problems with your VPS or access permissions, changes to information you provided, or a lack of cooperation, a refund is not automatic.

Fiverr orders: Cancellation, refunds and payment handling are subject to Fiverr's applicable platform rules. Requests for Fiverr orders should be handled through the platform.

8. Third-Party Services and Availability

The installation depends on the customer's VPS and may involve third-party hosting, domain or other services.

Binom.vip does not control the availability or continued operation of third-party infrastructure, software or platforms. Completion of the installation is not a guarantee of uninterrupted future operation.

This section does not expand the service to include ongoing monitoring or technical support.

9. Third-Party Names and Materials

Binom and other third-party names, trademarks, software and interface materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance on this website identifies or illustrates the service and does not imply ownership by Binom.vip, official affiliation, endorsement or authorization.

Any ownership claim by Binom.vip applies only to original materials created and owned by Binom.vip.

10. Service Restrictions

We may decline or discontinue work involving unauthorized access, unlawful activity, fraud or abuse.

If an order has already been paid for, any related cancellation or refund will be considered under Section 7 and, where applicable, the ordering platform's rules.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Binom.vip is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or service.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes to These Terms

Updates to these terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
